    Most known in China and in many countries of the world Steel Balls with a bluebell inwardly: they from ancient times are traditionally made in Chinese town Baodine.    It is recommended to alternate exercise on the compression of balls with exercises on their rotation in a palm. It is necessary to avoid pain and other unpleasant feelings. At employments it is not necessary to assume tension of not busy in exercise of groups muscles (forearm, shoulder, back) and superfluous jaspelites (to incline a head, lift shoulders, pin or take elbows and other).

   At the beginning of employments it is necessary to pick up balls medium-sized, which are maximally comforts in a palm. After mastering of basic exercises it is better to purchase a few pair of balls of different sizes for varying of loadings and implementation of exercises with 3-4 balls.

   It is desirable to continue employments no less than 10 minutes in a day. It is necessary to observe regularity of employments and gradualness in the increase of loadings, not to aim at once to master all of exercises. Constantly going around with balls also is not necessary.

   Try not to look all of time at balls, but listen to feelings in Your hands. When you look at hands and balls, executing exercises is simpler easier, but it distracts from basic meditation. Exercises with balls it is desirable to take to automatism.

   At mastering of ANY exercises ANY balls will often fall, therefore for the beginning of the best to acquire the unpolished and inexpensive balls and execute exercises only ABOVE the SOFT surface (by a bed, carpet, above sandy earth.). For sick people at the beginning of using balls the presence of the instructed relative or specialist is desirable.

   After employments it is necessary to wipe balls a dry rag and to keep in a dry place (desirably in a small box). Nephrite balls need to be from time to time washed with soap (as far as contamination, especially figured) and wipe dry.

   Attention - balls are the article of the individual use, it is not necessary to pass to them other people and give in the stranger use !! It is not only Chinese philosophy but also banal considering of hygiene.

    Chinese Balls of Health are used:

  • for the removal of mental overstrain and consequences of any stresses, for the improvement of general co-ordination of jaspelites, development of force and adroitness of hands for healthy and sick people, including after operations, strokes, in periods of rehabilitation of patients etc.
  • for stimulation of memory, improvement of concentration of attention, normalization of arteriotony. Balls also render a substantial benefit at inclination to to by a lock and at other similar problems with a gastroenteric highway.
